3 hour first aid course
This is the basic course which contains the following elements:
- Control of state of consciousness
- The survival chain
- Basal Resuscitation (Heart Lung Rescue)
- Stable side bearing
- Demonstration in the use of defibrillators
- Practical training
Special requests are also welcome.
4 hour first aid course
This is the most common repetition course or more in-depth beginner course
The following elements are included in this course:
- Anatomy
- Control of state of consciousness
- The survival chain
- Basal resuscitation (cardiopulmonary resuscitation CPR)
- Practical training in the use of heart starter (AED)
- Stable side bearing
- First aid for foreign bodies in the respiratory tract
- Practical training in scenarios built up after real events
Special requests are also welcome.
6 hour first aid course
The 6 hour course is the most comprehensive apart from the 12 hour course.
Here we get around everything you can get out of accidents and injuries as a regular first aider.
The course contains the following:
- All parts of the 4 hour course
- First aid for acutely occurring diseases
- First aid for acute injuries
- Exercise scenarios which are built up after real events

2 hour baby first aid
At Sikkerhjælp.dk we offer a specially adapted first aid course with a focus on the little ones. Here you can learn to handle the situations that you as parents of young children never want to be in. I have many years of experience in teaching small and large groups of parents through associations, mother groups, workplaces and more.
The course basically lasts two hours, where we cover, among other things:
- Prevention as well as what to be aware of in the home
- Anatomy in infants and young children (0-7 years)
- Concrete first aid techniques: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and treatment of foreign bodies in the respiratory tract and ingestion of toxic or corrosive substances.
- Training with realistic dolls that provide a good understanding of the techniques
- I come to you, and the course can take place at home, at work, at the local library or where you usually meet.
I also teach in English.
A COURSE ON THE PREMISES OF THE CHILDREN AND COURSES
I fully understand that it can often be difficult to make it all go up with a calendar, course and small children. That is why I focus on having space for the children in my courses. Although the subject is serious when it comes to learning to handle situations that we hope we will never get into, the mood is relaxed on my courses. Here there is room for doubt and questions, just as there is always room to breastfeed, change nappies or whatever else the little ones might need.

3 hours fire fighting
This course is exclusively focused on firefighting.
It enables the student to handle and extinguish everyday small fires.
The course includes:
- Prevention
- Review of the various extinguishing agents
- Review of your extinguishing agents if we are at your location
- Correct alarm
- Practical use of various extinguishing agents
- Special requests are of course catered for.
Special requests are also welcome.
8-hour first aid and fire fighting course
In this course we have all elements from 6 hours of first aid with. In addition, we get 3 hours of fire training, but it lasts for 8 hours.
The course lasts a whole day but prepares the course participants well for everyday challenges.
It enables the student to handle all types of injuries, accidents and put out everyday small fires. The course requires access to outdoor space and all materials used are environmentally friendly.
